The location of the resort was extremely crucial, which is why we are nestled between the beguiling Queen of Hills, Mussoorie, and Dehradun, also known as the “Adobe of Drona.” As you make your way to the resort, you will be greeted by the sharp yet refreshing smell of pine trees that lingers in the air and the arms of the mighty oak and the stately deodar trees. The panoramic vista of the famed Doon Valley and the peaks of Mussoorie, snowcapped in the winter, will entice you when you enter M$ Resorts. And that’s just the beginning of your adventure!

FROM THE FOUNDER
“The village of Kyar Kuli Bhatta has existed for years, but few know about its existence. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the very first time I camped in the woods surrounding this village, I saw the night sky glimmering with stars, and as I looked down towards the city of Dehradun, it felt like the stars themselves had fallen and were gently resting on the ground.
The wind was rustling through the trees, crickets were chirping, and the glow from the bonfire was flickering in and out. I didn’t realize it at the time, but looking back on it after a few years, at that moment I was at peace. My backpacking excursions have taken me to numerous countries with their special locales, but I have never been able to experience that same moment of calm.
Not until I returned to Kyar Kuli Bhatta. Even to this day, years later, these mountains still leave me spellbound. That was the day that I decided the magic of this place should be shared with others. It’s not something that should be hidden or somehow become lost. This place spoke to me, and it’s my sincere wish that it does the same for everyone who comes here.”

From the premium yet cozy wooden cabins that will remind you of your childhood dream of tree houses to the trails that will take you on a hike through the forests that surround the resort or go on a roundabout in and around Mussoorie and take in the charm of the nearby attractions, there is something for everyone. If you are feeling lazy, you can just kick off your shoes and relax with a quaint book, bask in the warm sunshine, and, in the evening, sit next to a fire with some tasty treats and a hot mug and watch the beautiful starry sky. No matter what you decide for your time here, the theme of your stay will always be tranquility, because serenity is only achievable when we attain a tranquil balance between our hearts and minds. So, take a leap of faith and come visit us. Nature awaits your presence, as do we!

We even have lemon trees! So, while the rest of the country might reel from the shortage of lemons, at M$ Resorts, they are never out of season.
The Head Chef at M$ Resorts has a personal belief that food should invoke memories of our past. The way he sees it, food can communicate with our souls. All a cook needs to know is how to harness that magic. That’s the reason behind our menu. It’s an ode to a time that has flown by and a tribute to the moments we have shared with our friends and families. However, this dining experience is not something that can be created without the help of fresh produce. That’s why the vendors needed to be subjected to an exhaustive vetting process headed personally by M$ Resorts’ Head Chef.

HUNGRY FOR MORE!
A shout-out to all the “carnivores.” During your stay here, make sure you give “Excellent Chicken” a try. We are not kidding; it’s a chef’s special at M$ Resorts. During our brainstorming sessions, we came up with many names for the dish but eventually gave up because none of them perfectly encapsulated what we felt. Perhaps after you’ve tasted “Excellent Chicken” and your senses have had the time to recover from the bombastic assault of flavors, you’ll be able to recommend a better name for it.
Just a heads up, the food at M$ Resorts is not completely gluten-free (of course, it depends on what you order), but if you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know, and we will try our best to accommodate your requests.
And if you have the sniffles and a sore throat, Honey Ginger Lemon Tea is a crowd favorite at M$ Resorts.
HOW TO
REACH US
The route to M$ Resorts from Dehradun is a scenic car drive that takes approximately an hour of your time, but we suggest stopping along the famed “Maggi Point” and indulging yourself in a bowl of Maggi, tea, and an eagle-eyed view of Dehradun. Google Maps is definitely recommended. Alternatively, if you prefer just to enjoy the drive, follow the Mussoorie road until you reach the popular tourist destination “Ropeway to Bhatta fall,” then continue on the road until you reach Kyar Kyuli bhatta village.

NOT YET because the main thing to do is get to Dehradun in the first place, so for that, you have got a couple of options.
BY AIR
The Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is the nearest airport to Kyar Kyulibhatta village, situated at a distance of a little over 50 kilometers. You can get cabs that will drop you off at the resort right from the airport. If you are too tired to hail one yourself, just give us a call. We will have one waiting for you when you step out of the airport. The Jolly Grant Airport has daily flights coming in and leaving for Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Bengaluru. So, we think you are pretty much covered!
BY TRAIN
Not fond of planes? Don’t worry, we’ve got your back! Dehradun is also well connected by train. Don’t believe us? We’ve got trains coming in from Delhi, Mumbai, Amritsar, Varanasi, Kolkata, Kota, Thiruvananthapuram, and even Nainital, which is much closer than the rest. The Dehradun railway station is right in the middle of the city. You can get an Ola, Uber, or private cab right outside the station, or you can always let us know and we will arrange it for you.
BY ROAD
ROAD TRIP! This one is easy. Pack your stuff, load your car, put your seatbelts on, punch in Dehradun as the destination, and then drive! Dehradun is around 6 hours from Delhi, and the roads are truly a joy to drive on. Once you reach Dehradun, just follow the directions we have shared above.
